CANCELLATION POLICY
Please call more than 6 hours before your service time to avoid paying cancellation penalties. Appointments scheduled before 3:00 pm must be cancelled the evening prior.

MINIMUM AGE
LeSpa services are available to guests 18 years of age and older.

SPA ATTIRE + ETIQUETTE
We provide each LeSpa guest with a private locker, robe, and slippers. LeSpa is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.

ARRIVAL + FACILITIES
Guests of LeSpa have full access to steam rooms, spa lounge, outdoor heated pool, and SO Fit. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to service to relax and enjoy!

YOUR HEALTH
Please advise us in advance of any medical conditions. We recommend guests refrain from alcohol consumption prior to service.
